Conclusion: Myhypothesiswas,IfImixmeasuredamountsofthered,yellow,andblueliquidstogether, thenIwillendupwithallsevencolorsoftherainbow.This,however,didnothappenfortwo reasons.First,ourinstructionsdidnottellustheamountsofeachliquidneededtocreate thecolorindigo,sothatalreadyrulesitdownto6colorsoftherainbow.Second,whenwe mixedtogethertheredandyellowliquidstocreateorange,itonlyturnedouttobelightred. Wetriedmixingtheamountsofredandyellowgivenontheinstructionstwicetoseeifwe couldcomeupwiththecolororange,butbothtimesitturnedoutlightred.IfIweretofurther studythis,Iwouldtryaddingmoreoftheyellowliquidtotheredinordertocomeupwith orange.IwouldalsotrymixingcolorstoseeifIcouldcomeupwithindigo,thenIwould havebeenabletocreateallthecolorsoftherainbow.Inthisexperiment,Ilearnedthatyou havetobecarefulwithyourmeasurementsandwhiletransferringcontainerssothatyour measurementswillcomeoutcorrectly.
