REQUIREMENTS: 1. Each student is to create a 17 slide (minimum) Power Point, Windows Movie Maker, or IMovie presentation that accurately depicts a minimum of 14 events in a daily routine, beginning with a time of awaking and ending with student going to bed. You need to include at least 10 reflexive verbs. * Students will choose a specific event for their routine. For example: a. una cita, un aniversario, un cumpleaos, una quinceaera u otro evento especial b. un partido de ftbol, o de ftbol americano, o de cualquier otro deporte. c. un da en la escuela 2. All slides should have a picture of student illustrating the event in a school appropriate manner. Slides can also be done using brief video clips from either a smartphone, ipad or a still video camera with mpeg capability. 3. In addition to the illustrations, the student must include one narrative (in students own voice) of the action being performed. Narration can be from the source video or added by means of a microphone. You can use jing, voicethread, audacity, or yodio to add voice to your power point. If you use voicethread or yodio, you can record the narration using your phone. You can find tutorials to use these tools. Students can also record video on smartphones/flip and create a WMV or other video file. 4. Each slide must contain one narration along with onscreen text (subtitles) of all dialogue. Also, you need to include at least one bubble speech with one comment to each slide. Student needs to use expressions such as despus de and antes de or give the time of day in at least 4 slides. Pay close attention to the use of the reflexive verbs. 5. Besides the 14 slides presentation depicting the daily routine, students are to include an initial/title slide with project name and student and class data. Be sure all words (other than proper names) are in Spanish. All presentations must also include a final slide that lists all sentences used on the presentation along with an accurate translation of each. A list of new or unfamiliar vocabulary and definitions may be included as an option 15th slide.

IMPORTANT DATES AND DEADLINES: Your rough draft of this project is the quiz that you turned in on Tuesday February 26. These will be returned with comments by Feb. 27th (Wednesday). Students must turn in corrected draft with rubric and final project. Final project is to be submitted no later than March 3rd. Mi rutina diaria project will be assessed according the rubric here. All presentations must be submitted on portable USB flash, uploaded with a link, or emailed to angela.pieniaszek@walton.k12.ga.us. If student chooses to email presentation, the deadline is March 3rd at midnight. Student will be responsible for typing correctly the email address, and verifying if I receive the project.
