CUSTOMER NOTICE Service Delivery Standards

In June 2006 a Customer Notice on Service Delivery Standards was issued in the local Arabic and English press by The Regulation Bureau. These Guaranteed Standards are a measure of service delivery against which ADDC have agreed to deliver. The Standards must be met in each case. A summary list of the current Guaranteed Standards is printed below. Subject to certain conditions an ADDC Account Holder may be entitled to claim against failure of delivery of a service standard.
