TL-1 Use development model to define educational need, assess opportunities to develop knowledge and skills related to technology
Survey employees to gather info on their knowledge of IN2L technology, conduct focus group with residents to better understand their level of adeptness to technology

Learner styles and environments TL-II Define effective teaching styles and effective learning environments to provide technology TL-III Develop curriculum plans, methods, and strategies to maximize student learners Synthesize information gathered from focus group and surveys to determine teaching and learner needs and environments needed to incorporate technology
Plan
Measuring learning tools (pre and post testing) Curriculum design, evaluation and outcomes (feedback from learners)
Implement
1. Function as change agent and leader 2. Pursue continuous quality improvement 3. Engage in scholarship and research to continue to provide most current and up to date data to support educational needs

Planning two separate teaching sessions for staff and residents to differentiate the different learning styles and learner needs. Reflect the individual learning needs of the learner
Evaluate
1. Conducting learning sessions to introduce and educate residents on the IN2L technology. Promote engagement and interaction with technology to meet the learner needs 2. Provide teaching session for select individuals to learn IN2L computer program and become super users as to disseminate the technology to other employees and residents.
TL-VII Leadership and Vision to evaluate the integration of technology fostering the environments and cultures of learners and continuing the vision of the technology
Having learners demonstrate competencies both in person and shown through completion of IN2L competencies prior to utilization of technology independently
