ORDER GRANTING HOTION !CO DISMISS

This matter arises under the Job Training Partnership Act

(the Act), 29 U.S.C. S1501 et seq., and the regulations issued
thereunder at 20 C.F.R. Parts ,632 and 636.
The Respondent in this matter, the U.S. Department of Labor
(DOL), filed a Motion to Dismiss on August 20, 1990. DOL states
that this office now lacks jurisdiction to hear this matter since
there is no longer any sanction pending against the Complainant,
Oglala Sioux Tribe (Oglala). DOL explains that on August 3,
1990, the Grant Officer issued a Revised Final Determination that
allowed all of the previously disallowed costs. Thus, there is
no longer any dispute between the parties.
DOL states that Oglala has been informed of this motion and
that it has no objection.
As there are no longer any issues to be resolved in this
matter, a hearing before this office is unnecessary.
Accordingly, DOL's motion is GRANTED. This matter is hereby
DISMISSED.
