ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION
On October 9, 1990, the Commisioner for the Employment
Security Department of the State of Washington (hereinafter
Complainant) filed with this office a Motion for Extension of
Time in which to file a Prehearing Exchange. Complainant bases
its Motion on two grounds. First, Complainant claims that due to
an apparent oversight, counsel for Complainant have not yet
received a copy of the Grant Officer's administrative file as
required in the Notification of Receipt of Request for Hearing
and Prehearing Order, dated July 19, 1990. Therefore Complainant
requests additional time to prepare the materials required for
the Prehearing Exchange upon receipt of the administrative file.
Additionally, Complainant states that the Department of Labor has
no objection to an extension of time in which to file a
Prehearing Exchange.
The record before this office indicates that both parties
are in agreement that an extension of time in which to respond to
the Prehearing Order be established at November 30, 1990. The
request for an extension of time is hereby GRANTED. Both parties
are hereby ORDERED to comply with the requirements of the
Prehearing Order by November 30, 1990.
