This outline specifies items that should be considered in the analysis of a case study. 1. Specify a title for the study

2. State the details of the study

3. Define the ethical issues involved in the study

4. Determine the consequences of the unethical decisions made: Degree (from inconvenience to catastrophic loss of life) Scope (what was affected) Time response (immediate or delayed effects)

5. Analyze the investigation and the resolution of the issues Was there a cover-up or openness? Was the damage rectified and repaired? Was there a restructuring to prevent future occurrences?
