The Philosophy of Clinical Nurse Leader encompasses all the major concepts of Person, Health, Nursing and Environment. I think that the philosophy is very well written covering all those major metaparadigm explaining each one of them in a great detail, paying special attention to the patient their family and community. It talks about people as holistic beings and it underlines the importance of mind, body and soul. Two beliefs in my philosophy are that a persons health dictates a whole lot about their quality of life together with past experiences and cultural heritage can significantly influence peoples environment. Two professional nursing values expressed in my own philosophy are trust and caring.
