Building Spaces
Originally built in the 1930s as City Maintenance Building. Numerous additions have been made to the original building. Does not meet current California State Seismic Codes. Does not meet current California Accessibility Code. Does not have a code-required fire-sprinkler system. Interior floor slopes at location of the original porch. Building electrical service is inadequate and non-compliant. Any physical additions would require all code upgrades. Building organization is not functional. Building size is inadequate to meet current and future needs. More expensive to renovate and expand existing building.
