Subject : For Assessment of Probation period and to Renew Contract. Dear Sir, With reference to the subject, I have joined the organization on 13 September 2012, and I have completed my 6 months probation period. In this 6 months probation period in this organization, I have worked as fabrication in charge, site co-coordinator and Project engineer. Now it is time to do Assessment of my work and to renew my contract if you are satisfied and want to continue my service. To continue my service in this organization, I have some terms and conditions as following(1) Since I am now working as Project engineer, so it is essential for me to get driving license. So company has to to provide me conveyance to go for driving classes, every Friday from project site with immediate effect. (2) Company has to provide me one vehicle for site. (3) Company has to increase my Salary to 7500 Dhm/month and has to increment it at least 10% per year. (4) After getting my Driving License, I want to take my wife in UAE. So the company will favors me and provide me 1 studio flat on company behalf. If the mentioned terms are acceptable to you, then kindly inform me and renew my contract, and also provide me conveyance for driving classes with immediate effect. And if mentioned terms are not acceptable to you, kindly discontinue my service with immediate effect and make settlement of all accounts and office work for my return to india. So that I will search another job there.
