Most of the artifacts are accompanied by a description that clearly explains the importance of the item. All artifacts are accompanied by a description that clearly explains the importance of the item. The number of artifacts selected meets the purpose of the eP. The learning outcomes are support for sufficient number of artifacts. Sufficient evidence of familiarity with and understanding of theory and research in educational technology. Sufficient evidence of synthesis and critical analysis of course material. Sufficiently demonstrates ability to generate research findings or link theory and research to practice. Evidence of reflective thought that describes growth and goals for continued learning (long and short term) Appropriate unifying theme or metaphor is chosen for eP. ETEC 590 Multimedia

Cecilia Sun (40396020) Use of multimedia is limited and does not enhance the design by much. Design is somewhat difficult to navigate through. Some links are broken. Use of multimedia is varied, engaging and appropriate to the design. Design is clear and easily navigated. All links work. Writing is free of spelling and grammar mistakes. All work is referenced including ones own previous work. Correct citation format is used.

Spelling and grammar mistakes distracts from the meaning of the writing. Some work is missing citation. Some mistakes in citation format.
