The teacher stands before the classroom, raises his/her hand into the air and loudly anounces, I need five and the class responds by raising their hand in the air and counting down. The process is repeated until all the hands are in the air and the class is silent. 2- The Clapper The teacher stand before the classroom and claps his/her hands twice, the students respond by clapping twice in response. The process is repeated until all students are taking part and the room is silent. 3- Old McDonald The teacher sings Old McDonald had a farm loudly the class responds, EIEIO until the entire class is responding and then silent.
