-At the end of this unit, students will know the concepts of "The Four Agreements"! -At the end of this unit, students will understand the basic principles that encompass mindfulness meditation! -At the end of this unit, students will understand the basic principles that encompass a yoga practice

-At the end of this unit, students will apply the thought processes of "The Four Agreements" to their lives! -At the end of this unit, students will be able to mindfully meditate for at least 5 minutes! -At the end of this unit, students will know at least 5 yoga poses they can practice when they are stressed

ASSESSMENT EVIDENCE!

ASSESSMENT TOOLS:! -Discussion of daily life; students will give examples of when they used the Four Agreements! -Have students mindfully meditate at the end of the lesson and discuss how it felt! -Have students discuss what yoga pose is their favorite/the one that relaxes them the most LEARNING PLAN

Lesson 2: Changing How You Address Others! -"Don't take things personally"! -Nothing others do is because of you! -What others say/do is a projection of their own dream! -Don't let what others say to you affect how you respond to them - always treat others with respect! -"Don't make assumptions"! -Ask questions, express what you really want! -Communicate clearly to avoid misunderstanding, sadness, and drama! -Actively listen to others, fully focus on the speaker! -Don't let negative emotions direct the conversation - take a moment to cool down!
