Review Questions from Textbook: Create a new document on your Google Assignment Folder titled Ecology Unit Review Questions to answer the following questions. Science Textbook: Pg. 86 - 89 # 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 23, 25, 26, 33, 34 You can work with other students on the practice questions, but each student must have their own document, and answer the questions in their own words - this will help you remember the material later. Extra Help: Monday/Tuesday at lunch (12:30 - 1:00PM). Wednesday/Thursday after school (3:40 - 4:30PM) Important Dates: Wednesday, December 4th: Review Questions mostly done for class. Wednesday, December 11th: Review Period. Test Dates: C & D: Thursday, December 12th A & B: Friday, December 13th.

Ecology Concepts and Key Terms

Reviewing for a Test Everyone is different. Try different strategies and figure out what works best for you. Space out your studying review. Organize all your material (notes, textbook, quizzes, handouts). Find a comfortable space. Review and organize your notes. Prepare a study sheet (mind map/list/images etc.) with important concepts and ideas. Start by studying the most important information. Answer the practice questions in the textbook. Test yourself or have someone test you on the material to find out your strengths and weaknesses. Continue to review and practice questions.

Writing a Test Come prepared. Keep a positive attitude. Take deep breaths, be excited to share what you know, and to learn from the experience. Do a quick survey of the entire test (sometimes their helpful hints hidden in different questions). Do the easiest questions first. Read each question in detail. Ask, if you dont understand. If you dont know the answer, skip it and come back to it later.
