To Whom It May Concern: I have had the privilege of working with Jorge Guillen during the past 18 months. I am delighted to inform you that Mr. Guillen is a valuable member of our school community. He has the ability to determine the individual needs of teachers and students and how best to address their needs. He was able to help me accomplish many of my responsibilities that can become overwhelming as a new Kindergarten teacher. As a new teacher, Mr. Guillen was able to assist me in my curriculum development, technology support, and with the Kindergarten culmination program. He is knowledgeable about California Standards and Common Core Standards. Mr. Guillen was able to help me create high quality lessons according to the curricular needs of my students and utilize various strategies to insure that my teaching skills will meet my students needs. In addition to my daily lessons, Mr. Guillen also provided technology support for my classroom. During the Kindergarten Culmination, I came to rely upon his help with this task; He provided support and directions in the Kindergarten Culmination program. Furthermore, during the 2012-2013 school year Mr. Guillen was able to assist me in setting up my new Kindergarten classroom. I found that Mr. Guillen to be extremely organized, creative and dedicated in his profession. Overall, I am confident that many teachers and students will benefits from Mr. Guillen dedication and support as a principal.
