-Identify Topic: Present the students with a main idea or a problem. -Specify Learning Objectives: Set clear goals for the students to achieve in the lesson -Identify Problems: Try to determine if the students have enough prior knowledge to create a solution to the problem. -Access Materials: Materials for the lesson will depend on the group sizes in the class
-Review and Present Problem: Review of the knowledge that is needed to find a solution to the problem that is being presented -Devise a Strategy: Students figure out a way to solve the assigned problem -Implement the Strategy: Students use the strategies they have created to solve the problem with teacher supervision -Discuss and evaluate: Teacher guides a discussion on results for the problems
-Review the material at the end of the lesson -Ask questions and have a discussion about the lesson to reassure students have a full understanding -Go over the results
