Virginia Beach Leadership Workshop Staff (June August 2011-2013) Virginia Beach, Virginia Active member on a Staff of 27 that planned a one week long high school overnight leadership leadership/conference, a three day middle school overnight leadership workshop/conference. Assisted with one a diversity conference, advisers conference. In preparation I helped determine what materials would be taught, what various themes throughout the week would be, as well as planned daily activities and helped compile those materials within a matter of 3-4 weeks. During the weeks of the conference I helped make all our plans come to action by running while unseen to setup different activities to create what is referred to as "Workshop Magic". I taught various classes on Time Management, Project Planning, Goal Setting, and Conflict Resolution. Also I helped with the breakdown of the conference.
