Objective
To respond quickly to the changing fashion trends by ensuring short lead times and decreased inventory risk.

Problem Definition
Manual Order making and monitoring mechanism. Not compatible with upgraded POS hardware. Up gradation may put the robust and scalable infrastructure at risk. Is it the right time to go for change in operating system of ZARAs POS?

Courses of Action
Maintain status-quo i.e. use the current IT infrastructure. Upgrade its IT infrastructure i.e. switch to Windows/Linux/Unix from DOS.
