The facts
The Kenko Naturest Custom Pillow features advanced innovations that are designed for restful and
refreshing sleep. It includes a proprietary new design in magnetic technology. The pillow combines
these features with natural materials that afford increased comfort and are environmentally
responsible.
SpyderRAM (radial-axis magnetism) Technology is a revolutionary step forward in the application
of magnetism. This design features spherical 900-gauss magnets which produce a series of magnetic
fields that cover a full 360 degrees in three dimensions. SpyderRAM places these sequentially
rotated magnetic spheres in a weblike, flexible structure that shifts in response to body movements.
This breakthrough is exclusive to Nikken. No other technology using static magnets - and with no
moving parts - can deliver this fully three-dimensional magnetic coverage. The field enfolds and
surrounds anything in its proximity, even a complex object or body composed of multiple angles.
The filler in the Kenko Naturest Custom Pillow consists of shredded latex foam. A sleeper can
subtract or replace filler to achieve the desired degree of firmness - a personal perfect fit. The
shredded filler is especially resilient, to prevent flatness - a common effect when sleeping on
ordinary down-filled or foam pillows.
Latex is resistant to microbial growth and dust mites. It also wicks away moisture, for greater
comfort.
An internal support collar helps to provide correct head and neck alignment. It is placed so that the
sleeper can arrange the pillow to select greater or less support, as desired.
The cover is woven in all-natural fibers, which are produced free from chemical pesticides,
insecticides or fertilizers. Natural fibers promote ventilation for regulation of temperature. As with
the latex component, they are fully renewable resources.
Use of these materials makes the Kenko Naturest Custom Pillow fire-resistant, without adding
flame-retardant chemicals.
