I learned a lot in our 6 days duty in MMMC, my skills are also improved. I learned how to be responsible in the real situation even there are so many things to do. I learned that we have to prioritize the needs of the patient than charting or documenting but we still have to do the charting after filling the needs of the patient because documenting and charting is a proof that youve done something like giving medication to the client. stablishing rapport is very important not only to nurse to client but also with other people like nurse to staff or nurse to clinical instructor. !y having a good relationship to other many can be comfortable to each other and each can participate to any activity or procedure. Maam Claveria and Ma"am mma is very kind and she didnt want to yell or scold her students and even the trainees its because they know how to protect the other health care provider. #onestly I really like in every aspect like for e$ample, about the case presentation that we submitted and reported. Ma"am Claveria is always communicating with the patient thats why the patient is confident on what Maam will do.
