It is #y personal $elie% that e!eryone has the right to a &uality edu'ation( No #atter )ho a 'hild is* )here they li!e* or ho) #u'h #oney their %a#ily #a+es* they deser!e to ha!e an edu'ation( ,he %a't o% the #atter is that people need to ha!e at least a $asi' edu'ation to #a+e in%or#ed de'isions in li%e( Edu'ation should e&uip students )ith at least the !ery $asi' s+ills that they )ill need to get through li%e( ,here%ore I also $elie!e that it is the responsi$ility o% tea'hers to pro!ide the $est edu'ation possi$le %or their students( ,his #eans that a tea'her should do e!erything in their po)er to #a+e the 'lassroo# a pla'e )here the students %eel sa%e* 'o#%orta$le* and en'ouraged to learn( Also tea'hers should #a+e their lessons engaging %or the students and di%%erentiated to #eet the indi!idual needs o% the students( In order to a'hie!e this tea'hers need to %igure out the learning styles and spe'ial needs o% their students so they 'an 'reate lessons and a'ti!ities that are appropriate %or ea'h student( By doing this tea'hers )ill $e a$le to #ore e%%e'ti!ely engage the students in learning the re&uired #aterial* and )ill pro!ide a good &uality edu'ation to all their students( Si#ilarly I $elie% that tea'hers should $e al)ays $e open to* and e!en loo+ing %or* )ays to #a+e their instru'tional strategies the $est they 'an $e( Sin'e it is the tea'her-s .o$ to pro!ide the $est edu'ation possi$le %or their students* the only )ay they 'an do that is through i#pro!ing their instru'tional strategies( I% a tea'her only uses one or t)o strategies %or all o% their students e!ery year )ithout e!er trying to i#pro!e the#* then they are not going to see great results %ro# their students( ,hey )ill pro$a$ly ha!e at least a %e) that grasp the #aterial and do pretty )ell( Ho)e!er* 'han'es are good that the #a.ority o% the students are going to struggle )ith learning the #aterial $e'ause it does not %it their learning needs( ,his is )hy it is i#portant %or tea'hers to $e a$le to
