Service has been effected in compliance with the Rules but Mr. Kapoustin is at a loss of what, as information, was deficient in the last application for judgement. Would it not be more reasonable and convenient for the Court if we incorporate, by reference, the documents rather than provide four copies?

    Dear Mr. Williamson,

    Again thank you for help.

    Following is a draft praecipe for default judgement (4 pages) and affidavit (3 pages),
    which Mr. Robert Stewart will swear out. Total number of pages I'm sending is 8
    including this one.

    Mr. Kapoustin hopes it is self - explanatory.

    Service has been effected in compliance with the Rules but Mr. Kapoustin is at a loss of
    what, as information, was deficient in the last application for judgement.

    Apparently we are required to attach to each request for default a copy of documents
    served (30 pages). Would it not be more reasonable and convenient for the Court if we
    incorporate, by reference in the praecipes the documents rather than provide four
    copies?

    Can you be gracious enough, if e-mail is not available to you, to advise Mr. Kap or Mr.
    Stewart. Or to fix a time with them as to when I should call.
