AGREEMENT

This agreement made and entered this September , 2013 at Banangan, sablan, Benguet by and between spouses John Navalta and Marissa Langwas Navalta hereby state as follows: 1. That we have been married for 13 years and live as husband and wife; 2. That on the year 2008 unto the present we have encountered marital problems; 3. That we both tried to reconcile but said problems just got worst and reconciliation becomes unlikely. 4. That due to the above-stated situation we decided to end our marriage and part ways and further decided that each of us may now be free to have a new partner in life if we choose to; 5. That we both strongly agree that no one of us will not undertake any legal action against each other resulting from the actions to be made as stated in paragraph no. 5 hereof, and 6. That we made this agreement according to our own free will and act.
