4.Maintaining reflective journal The teachers will maintain a reflective journal, on their class. Peer Observation.

Weekly observation: Each teacher will be observed every week to help and assist on reflection on the component- setting objectives.

The researcher will need to rate the teacher on a rubric and provide the teacher a copy to rate themselves for the postconference. Implications for Professional Development-The action plan if implemented will help to support the teacher towards improved classroom instruction through reflection. It will also help to strengthen the role of a teacher educator. Implications for family involvement-If at the end of the pilot project there are indications that reflective practice and support from teacher educators in reflective practice contribute towards better classroom instruction then the project may be extended from just one school to block level; several teacher educators can work together in the process. Prospective Teachers can also be trained in the use of reflective practice as a means of continued professional development. Describe you template-The action plan template will help to implement my proposal in a step by step manner. It will help me to analyze and evaluate changes in classroom instruction through reflective practice.
