The IOS has been erased, you need to load the IOS on TFTP server, and using TFTPDNLD

utility to extract the Image from TFTP server on to the Flash of Router. Remember without TFTP your Router cannot start. use tftpd32 application download it and install on your pc everything like TFTP ip address Router IP address Subnet mask are given at runtime Reboot the Router and press CTRL Break.
