Send to concerned Department Head

Received by HR and Admin and send to GM for final comments

Prepare statement like comments statements / employee history / package statements

Send to Chairman for Review and Final Approval.

Decision taken by Chairman with GM, HR and Admin Manager

If Increment Recommended Yes No

Increment Letter issued by HR & Admin to Employee

Check the reason for non recommendation of Increment

Inform concerned employee through letter and give specific time period to improve his / her performance.

If performance approved
