Collect CV and record date wise.

Screen out CVs and send to H.O.D

Screen application and send to concerned department

Sort out CVs by concerned H.O.D.

Plan interview schedule after discussing the suitable data with concerned H.O.D / HR admin.

Inform applicants for first interview through phone / e mail / letter.

Check time of candidate and give them application form.

Conduct panel / individual interview

Take decision of the basis of evaluation

Call for final interview with CGM / GM / Chairman / H.O.D.

Inform candidates that they are not meeting the criteria.
