    DOCUMENT REVIEW REPORT

    Date: 28/09/2013 GEAR PUMP (P-101,102,108,131&132) 1. In BVIS Inspection Report, mentioned drawing approved by McMott which is not as per tender. 2. In Annexure of Certificates, please provide the heat nos. of each item. 3. In Annexure of Certificates, For shaft it is mentioned ASTM A351 Gr.CF8M but in approved document mentioned SS316 4. In Routine Test Certificate for Motor, Temp. Class not matching with approved datasheets. 5. Hydrotest of Pump Casing & Pump Performance Report for P-101,102&108 not submitted. Clarify all above points and send correct documents.
