Install the ladder. Tie the rope both at bottom and top of the ladder to the tower using clove hitch knot. Install the rope snub bracket. Install pole standing saddle for climbing the pole. Install handline using the sling on the cross arm guard. Install the utility platform using pole clevis saddle seeking the clearance of the conductor. While Installing the platform support with the hand line for the platform and another person using tie stick from the ground.

Load on utility platform may be checked using handline. Send the Come along clamp with the spiral hook from tower side to conductor and person on utility platform support it with a shepherd hook. Two feet Link stick may be locked with one end in the come along clamp and with sling on the other side of the link stick.

Fix the Pole saddle of 1.5 to the tower below the cross arm to support the wire tong of 8 and 1.5 length. This wire tong may be used to hold the conductor immediately after the insulator. To support this wire tong a rope may be tied below the mouth of wire tong and another may be tied with other end of the pole saddle by opening the wing nut.

Load may be applied by loading the set of rope block and the load is taken then tie it to the rope snub bracket. Remove the cotter pin using the cotter pin remover. Use locating pin and remove the bolt using the utility platform. Now remove the insulator by supporting using the insulator fork.

Now remove the insulator and send the insulator down through hand line. After changing the defective insulator send the insulator up. Fix it with the pole using insulator fork. Insert the bolt using pin locater and then press the bolt using bolt holder

Release the Load using the set of rope block. Release the wire tong once the conductor take the load. Remove the link stick using the spiral hook and the hook on tower side also and push the come along clamp and remove it slowly. Remove the Pole saddle.

Remove the utility platform Using hand line and tie stick support. Remove the ladder and rope.
