ANSYS Training for Civil/Hydro Application

This training program is planned to increase knowledge and awareness about simulation techniques for industries like Civil structure/construction and Hydro power sector. Civil/structure/Hydro applications are more about Design / Construction / Maintenance of structures like Dam, Buildings, Bridges, Tunnel and Foundations, etc. These structures experience different types of Design load which is always challenging from design aspect. CAE tool like ANSYS helps to simulate different designs to take more informed design decisions in a cost effective manner. This training course will address and guide the users about simulation methodologies for their application area. It will also help users to generate standard analysis practices that will improve productivity of their organization. In this training , we are going to discuss about different types of analysis on DAM Structure, Foundation & other Mechanical Equipments like Hydraulic Gates & Penstock, etc.

Analysis of Concrete structure with/without reinforcement:

o Modeling of reinforcement structure o Failure analysis (cracking & crushing) of concrete structure o Solid-Soil interaction simulation

Prerequisite:
User should have basic knowledge of Design Modeler & ANSYS Mechanical & Mechanical APDL (ANSYS Classic).
