CONDONATION OF 270 DAYS OF NON QUALIFYING SERVICE UNDER THE

PROVISION OF PARA 125 OF SERVICE REGULATION PART – I FOR
GRANT OF SERVICE PENSION TO NO 15359040K EX NK(TS)

Respected Sir,
1. Reference to your letter No. Gts/Ors/6th CPC Rev/304/09 dated 03/09/2009 and
the Signals Records office letter No 15359040/SP/NER/T–2 dated 09 Sep 2009.
2. In ibid referred prevailing letter the Signals Records, Jabalpur had referred to my
letter No. DAP/1/XX dated 10 Aug 2009, but intentionally neglected the contents of the
letter. It highly obnoxious on the part of the Signals Records that, they have acted
wilfully and fabricated forged record of punishment (Copy of the CTC attached) to
support the decision of 2114 days Non Qualifying Service and the relevant denial of
service pension.
3. The decision of Non Qualifying Service had been rightly challenged by the
Commanding Officer, 59 Wireless Experimental Unit vide letter No. 1411/O2/Sigs/27
dated 27 Mar 2007 (copy attached). In-addition, the Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer,
Jalgaon had ruled-out the demand of "Mercy Petition" as a irrelevant one in view of the
rules and the Army Order as mentioned in it's letter No. 15359040/PC F/ZSWO-3 dated
29 Aug 2009 (Copy attached).
4. Instead of rending clarification in matter of forgery to you, and allowing me the
benefits of 6th CPC, the Signals Records, Jabalpur is awfully trying to exploit my
penniless conditions and compelling me to pray for irrelevant mercy at hands of Her
Excellency President of India. This is enough to prove ulterior motive the Signals
Records to support their arbitrary/ wilful acts.
5. Please take stringent action against the delinquents.
