She is 18 years old. Her AOG is 43 weeks. Her OB score was G1P1 (1,0,0,1). It is her first baby to deliver, and she had difficulty in delivering the child due to her age and lack of knowledge. It was on January 3,2014 at around 6:30 pm when patient V.D to the OB ward of Eastern Pangasinan District Hospital and was sent to OR/DR for an internal examination and was told that her pregnancy was overdue. The patient opted cesarean section for this pregnancy.

A lower (uterine) segment Caesarean section (LSCS) is the most commonly used type of Caesarean section used today. It involves a transverse cut just above the edge of the bladder and results in less blood loss and is easier to repair than other types of Caesaren section.
