Tiamat The Night and the Abyss

It all starts with the acknowledgement that you are alone and have the potential for SelfDeification (Godhood). Tiamat is the first power of draconian darkness, the vampire which is the primal union of Lilith and Samael, guided by Leviathan. She is before all others. Tiamat was in the form of a giant dragon, a sea dragon who had the head of a griffin or tiger, wings, claws and a scaly tale. She appears also as a giant serpent. Tiamat resembles the legends of Ahriman as the Dragon. Here is the Adversary, she is the Night and the Abyss. The essence of creation is found in the female, the very mother of gods itself. From a historical perspective, Gods have more than often appeared in mythology as masculine, while females have been powerful, their significance in any related current has been downplayed. Consider the Babylonian Tiamat, whose name has been translated from cuneiform and other ancient sources as the primal sea, known as Mummu Tiamat, Tamtu, the Goddess who was the bringer forth of all. Tiamat was a female generative concept, called the abyss which was the creation source of the Gods itself. She was creative and destructive, seeking to devour her own children. Tiamat can give life and create what she wishes, much like Ahriman created the ArchDaevas to counter creation. Tiamat was a sorceress, a powerful first Witch who was both Vampire and Goddess to all. The demonic feminine is equally important to the Adversarial formula as it is the balance which acknowledges the female generative principle as the foundation of all actions and purpose. The ancient dragon which personified the primal sea was Tiamat, the name Tiamat was equivalent to the same stem which meant tamtu, being the primeval sea and the dragon of the Abyss. In Assyrian and Babylonian inscriptions and art, Tiamat appeared as a dragon with attributes of a tiger, a serpent, winged and clawed. She rose from the sea to fight against those children who angered her, especially when her mate, Kingu, was killed and his blood soon used to beget humanity. Here, we see a connection to the Dragon or Serpent being related to the element of water, thus druj or Az as the flowing serpent of transformation and hidden power.

Tiamat is the Adversary from an atavistic viewpoint, her form too terrible to comprehend. An interesting concept of the demonic feminine as a motivational factor in all life can be found in the archetype of Tiamat. Tiamat is thus very close to the idea of the Hebraic Leviathan, the Dragon of the Abyss. The Sea is also connected to the abyss and thus the subconscious. The creation and origin of Tiamat was that there was a time when there was nothing but darkness and the abyss of waters, where two hideous beings who were produced from a two-fold principle. There were also men who had wings, or two faces, one body or who had both sexes and the legs of a goat, horns or were serpent like, dragon-men. Over these presided Omoroca, being Ummu Khubur or Tiamat, the Mother of darkness. Tiamat was exalted to the rank of divinity, called The god who has taken hold of evil, that she remained in darkness and controlling the forces of chaos. Tiamat was indeed a powerful goddess, a sorcerous being who could create fierce monsters and empower them accordingly. In her battle against the Gods including Marduk, Tiamat first created vampiric beings. It was written that she beget serpents who were unsparing of fang and sharp of tooth. She filled their bodies with venom instead of blood, initiating transformation. The great dragon was thrown down, the old serpent, he who is called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world. He was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him Revelations. She filled their bodies with venom instead of blood. She cloaked ferocious dragons with fearsome rays and made them bear mantles of radiance (Black Flame), made them godlike, Whoever looks upon them shall collapse in utter terror! Their bodies shall rear up continually and never turn away!' She stationed a horned serpent, a mushussu-dragon, and a lahmu-hero, An ugallu-demon, a rabid dog, and a scorpion-man, Aggressive umu-demons, a fish-man, and a bull-man Bearing merciless weapons, fearless in battle. -Enuma Elish The dragon of the primal oceans of the abyss opened her veins and filled her children with venom as blood, with a spell cracking the sky with the blackened flame of her Will. To raise them as Gods which shall master all forms of wolves, serpents and those beasts which prey upon others is the desire of Tiamat. What she gave to humanity was never cleansed from the ancient darkness in the subconscious, there is still a coiling serpent within. Tiamat thus lifted up Kingu as the Leader of these Vampiric beings, she cast a spell which made him the Lord of the Gods, his word would be Law and she gave him the Tablet of Destinies. Kingu went forth to battle and was later defeated. His blood was used to beget the human race according to legend. Thus Tiamat is the foundational force of chaos which uplifts and gives power to fiends and Adverarial Powers of the Abyss. From the Abyss of primal waters did life evolve and crawl forth from the darkness. Their blood composed of the Lord of War, Kingu, who provides the motivation or aggression and ascension from primal instinct. Tiamat is the primal aspect of the Serpent or Dragon itself the spark of intelligence and possibility of life through willed desire. As the universe is chaos itself, from which we are a part of darkness, we thus can return to it. Tiamat, through Kingu is our father as his blood gave us life. Tiamat is a protean goddess; she assumes the mask which suits her. Traditionally, her war-form is seen as a combination of a dragon-lion, several horns, a face of a lion, cruel fangs, a serpent or scaly tail, the

sharp claws and hands shaped as the paws of a lion, wings with sharp talon-feet as a bird of prey. Sometimes she is shown with a serpent-penis, which is explainable as the constellation descriptions of Kingu and Tiamat joined as one to battle Marduk. At times she is described as both woman and the dark waters, also as having the body of a cow and goat. She is described as having udders, a tail and a horn which in the form of a Camael is cut off by Marduk. Tiamat is also shown in the form of a gigantic horned serpent. When Tiamat was creating her children, the 11 Monsters of Chaos, she took the form of Hubur, the creating one. Her link as the primordial saltwater sea is the foundation from which life crawled to the shore via certain evolution theories. All of the Gods originally were not as anthropomorphic as they later appeared. Tiamat and the demonic gods retain their primordial composite manifestations. Tiamat is described as having 4 eyes, the 2 right eyes are the sources of the Tigris and her 2 left eyes are the source of the Euphrates. Tiamats adversary and descendent, Marduk is endowed with 4 eyes and ears. Lets consider the path of Tiamat and its relation to vampirism. Rahab is a name associated with dragon and serpent, such is associated as an antagonist against the associated god of the Hebraic and early Christian culture. The primal dragon is an atavistic force in the blood, brain and deepest memories of the human race. As Tiamat was of the first, this force arises again in the Judeo-Christian texts of Revelations, as the Behold, a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his heads seven crowns Here we see the manifestation of Samael or Lucifer as the great Dragon, no doubt a calling from the abyss. The abyss is of course symbolic of the subconscious. Let us look inward at the relation of the dragon, as opposed to some outward possibility. The Abyss is considered evil as like the Ocean, mankind cannot control it or force restrictions on it. To be within the abyss is to dwell in the dreams of the mind. In our dreams, we can form our desires on a pathway to becoming flesh or reality. Sorcery is a term which denotes encircling, casting lots and visualizing the result. If you lay out conditions to occur, aligning situations to move in this direction, this is indeed sorcery. Rituals align thought and some believe the astral is controlled by this subconscious activated force. One should think in terms of being a manifestation of this Dragon, for instance: I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads. On his horns were ten crowns, and on his heads, blasphemous names. The beast which I saw was like a leopard, and his feet were like those of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority. Revelations The Beast or Dragon, much like the Assyrian Tiamat of old, can represent one who has mastered the aspects of Ahrimanic Yoga, that is the power of the demons of the flesh and mind. The control of demons in the body relate to the chakra points which can be focused to heighten individual mind and body power. This can be affected by astral energy life energy or Chi as it is called. The sea is a source of evil as all is up to the taking reality can be shaped by dreams. Think about that sentence carefully. What you think can be done today can be made reality tomorrow. Lets consider the focus phrase of The Covenant of Babylon: The Words of the Dragon Tiamat

I am that which you hide away from others I am the Eye which seduces all within its gaze. I am the voice of which power is formed. I am the thought of which is exist beyond flesh. We are legion yet we come from one source. There is only one from within you. You are the point and the beginning, Azag-Thoth as the devourer. In nature can you understand my spirit in all things. In doing such you will understand yourself. In understanding yourself you will be able to utilize all of your senses and develop skills to master what you Will in this world. As we see that Tiamat is the Goddess of chaos, the oceans of the subconscious Kingu represents her empowered Will to Form in life. The Dragon is intense possibility, waiting for its means to become real by your desire and belief. With the Tiamat foundation of vampirism, you may more easily move through the Egyptian or Ahrimanic aspects of Luciferian Sorcery to utilize the predatory spiritual aspects of each.

TIAMAT - THE PRIMAL ABYSS

The darkness is our source, the beginning; it is our primal desire and need. We go to it to sleep at night; it holds us enraptured, sending us to our dreams or nightmares. The Abyss in the context of this book primarily refers to the subconscious, the atavistic depths of the mind. The hideous beings, produced of a two-fold principle, the Opposer or Adversary, relates to beast like or Therionick atavisms. There appeared men, some of whom were furnished with two wings, others with four, and with two faces. They had one body but two heads, the one of a man the other of a woman, and likewise in their several organs they were both male and female. Other human features to be seen with the legs and horns of goats; some had horses' feet, while others united the hind-quarters of a horse. - Cory's Ancient Fragments, Tiamat, George Barton We see early mentionings of demonic beings, which emerge from the abyss. These are no doubt the sleeping darkness within our subconscious mind, waiting to take flesh. Austin Osman Spares work clearly brought these ideals to manifestation through his art. 1. "At a time when above the heaven was not named, 2. (And) beneath the earth had no existence, 3. The abyss was first their generator;

4. Mummu Tiamat was the bringer forth- of them all ; first tablet of the Babylonian Creation, George Barton Tiamat This is the foundation of the inner workings of Vampyrism, being that Mummu Tiamat was the bringer forth and strongest of all, she was mother and devouring darkness. The Adversary, long hidden away in a morass of filth by those who would hate the darkness, those who would commit greater crimes on humanity and veil such in the words of God. They are indeed old, the two-fold principle of darkness, known as the Adversary, call it Samael and Lilith or the older Ahriman and Jeh, the very isolate God of Darkness. Tiamat is the very first manifestation of this force, from a time when darkness held in its arms hideous monsters, the very demonic shapes which still seek our thoughts in the darkest hours of our mind. In times of stress and turmoil, these atavistic beasts seek to escape from the barbed wire, cruel talons in the mind. The mighty Mummu Tiamat was called the bringer forth of them all, yet was equally horrifying to her enemies, Gods she created Tiamat in ancient Assyria embodied all of that which was horrifying and violent to mankind, from the blackened oceans of the abyss did she first rise up, a great sea dragon who had partial elements of other predators, the head of a tiger, winged, four talons and a scale covered tail. This form was that which was from nightmares, which still copulates with our dreams and brings us visions of our vast possibility as living beings. Tiamat was betrayed by her child, Marduk and was joined with him in battle. In this battle did another plot with Marduk to capture and slay her. When she was cut open, the North Wind bore her blood to secret places. Gunkel and Bousset describe that Tiamat who was the Queen of the Abyss and darkness, supported by her infernal spirits rebelled against the higher gods of which Marduk was of.

The Red Temple Tiamat, considered as an aspect of Babalon in the path of Vampirism, fits naturally in the work of the Red Temple, meaning sex and blood magick. This can be highly useful when forming a new point of mental/magickal power. Creation is very much a part of this path as well as the blood which is of dual meaning. Blood meaning astral and physical matter, the assumption being that blood can be used in evocations of which spirits can manifest. Tiamat is also an aspect of Leviathan, the primordial angel of the deep, the crooked serpent that devours its own tail. As the Red Temple opens the Gateway of death and renewal of ones own Witchblood. The work of the Red Temple is of life and joy, the sinister and the brilliant. Light and dark. Sexual congress with a partner is a significant and fulfilling aspect of this work.

The awakened Kundalini or Fire Snake can be channeled within both individuals achieving a major focus and buildup of energy. Strong bonds can be created through such work, although a dangerous focus of energy between the two leaves each vulnerable to the other. A combination of the magick of the Red and the Black Temple is a sexual tantric work which involves the use of bones, ashes, blood and sexual fluid (of both individuals given as a gift to a Loa or spirit) towards the building of "invisible walls" or creating protective energies/elementals. This aspect is explored through sexual union, for either the creation of a moonchild or the calling of the dead. This ritual, which includes a consecration of a sigil covered in the blood and combined sexual fluids should be given power by a focus of energy. Vampire spirits apart from incubi & succubi should be mostly avoided in these rites unless the spirit is absorbed or channeled through your partner. Beware your developments, discipline is of the utmost importance, lest the sorcerer become trapped or obsessed by psychic vampires or demonic elementals. The difference between elementals (not the same for Spirits who often have will essence as well) and the sorcerer is the WILL itself. Elementals have no will and are collections of energy. The individual must control and channel such patterns if he or she is to be successful in the aspects of sorcery. Chaos and Tiamat The principle of Tiamat is merely an early manifestation of the complimentary energy of Az, Lilith or Jeh as the fire which arose from Water, stirring the spirit of the material world, Ahriman, Shaitan or Samael, as the couple in unity. It can be suggested furthermore that Tiamat is indeed the primal form of concupiscence or chaos embodied in form, a fire and devouring flame. As Ahriman awoke to bring change and adversarial spirit to the world, it was done so in union with Az or the primal Tiamat. In the current of the Predatory spirit, known also as Vampirism, the draining and ultimate strengthening of consciousness, the source of the adversary is the predator manifest. The Hebrews knew the legend of the Babylonian-Sumerian goddess.

The serpent was more subtle than any beast of the fieldand the serpent said to the woman: Ye shall not surely die, for God doth know that, in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened and ye shall be as God, knowing Good and Evil. Genesis, iii. 1-7. The serpent itself brought the spirit of knowledge (Samael and Lilith) unto the brain of woman, so she awoke Adam. The Luciferian spirit touched mankind and first stirred the sense and the rebellion against the perceived order of the time. Woman would not be bound by tyranny and ignorance but guided by instinct, the knowledge of Good and Evil in the subjective sense. They would become essentially, according to Hebraic myth, separate from God. This would not fully manifest in them, however, but later in the offspring of Cain by the union of Samael with Eve or in some legends with Lilith. As Barton in Tiamat pointed out, the Book of Enoch called the fallen angels who seduced Adam and Eve were essentially Gadrel, who seduced Eve, Penemue, who taught the art of writing and communication, Kasyade, who taught men the art of malifica and sorcery with the use of demons and spirits, who also gave the stroke (sacrifice?) which is given midday by the Offspring of the serpent, Tabaet. The serpent in the form from the spirits of the fallen angels awaken mankind with the gift of the Black Flame, or spirit of rebellion by individual consciousness, is very much the initiator of the possibility of immortality. To further explain why Tiamat is termed as Black when the creation myths do not make direct reference, the ideal of the term black must be understood in the context of which is it written here. Black as a term denotes wisdom or hidden knowledge, Tiamat or Tamtu is the fountain source of primal hunger and life, much like the deific mask of Az or Lilith depending on cultural approach. The Black Dragon of primal Chaos, Tiamat, holds much significance to the sorcerer who seeks to work within the currents of Babylonian Magic. Tiamat is the primal dragon whose mate Apsu was slain. In revenge, Tiamat spawned monster serpents, whose fangs were merciless and cruel, Lahamu, a demon, Tiamat bred storms and monster vipers who according to the ancient tablets, were Clothed in Terror. Among them was a scorpion-man, serpents filled with venom for blood, wolves and devouring beasts, a ugallu-demon, umu-demons, fish-man, a horned serpent, a mush-hushshu dragon and made Qingu the chief of her army, he was given the Tablet of Destinies and uplifted to the most powerful Gods among them. Qingu was slain and his blood was used to create mankind. Herein the myth shall man and women see their inspirational heritage, the off springs of Chaos. That life continues because of the devourment of other life must be a sobering fact within the world we live in. We survive as we devour animals or anything else. Humans make their gods and goddesses from the Mirror forms of what we wish to be. Tiamat is that very subconscious pressure to become something else, power through terror. Just as Tiamat proclaimed, "collapse in utter terror" when they view her demon offspring. Marduk, the God which killed Qingu and Tiamat, to create human life was the Son of Tiamat, thus an extension of her life. In the Black Order of the Dragon, Marduk symbolizes the state of becoming through struggle, much like the Egyptian Set or Sutekh from the stasis of Gods of Decay. The current of Chaos and Sorcery within a Luciferian perspective displays the essence of the magician and witch who is able to create their gods in the Black Mirror, that the reflection shows them as becoming angels of light. It is this balanced perspective which empowers and envenoms our lives, our mind and souls. Utilize the imagination to motivate initiation, allow no compromise in sorcery command your creations!

The Black Dragon is Tiamat, the very possibility of Hel within the feminine which exists in both man and woman. The Dragon is the future possibility, but also the atavistic and primal essence from which we begin. This is another form of the Adversary it is facing both ways, with backwards and forward knowledge. This is the process of which the sorcerer becomes, by a balanced movement and continual motion in both directions light and dark. Leviathan is also a Hebraic serpent which holds a connection to Tiamat. Leviathan, while considered masculine in most cases, comes from the sea and is a storm dragon, the Old Testament describes burning lamps of fire which emerge from his mouth, great smoke from his nostrils and is like smoke from a great cauldron. Leviathan is the principle and symbol of the Black Flame and immortality, continued existence through the practice of sorcery. The angel of violence, Rahab is a word which can be considered a synonym for dragon, which has historically been considered to emerge from the element of water. Leviathan surrounds the Sigil of Infernal Union, the LVTHYN encircling Samael and Lilith which begets Cain or Baphomet. Compare Chioa, which is the Beast which is composed of Samael and Iseth Zenunim or Lilith. Power and knowledge is from depths of the subconscious. The dragon is related to the advanced higher Will of man and woman, it is the Daemon which guides and translates into instinct, it is the hunger to become and know more, it is the voice of strength in rapt meditation. The Dragon is a powerful form of both Samael (Lucifer or Ahriman) and Lilith (Az or Jahi), it is both black and red, the very Flame of Being itself. This Dragon is what separates us from others. This Dragon is shaped by the mirror of our soul, the very core essence of our being.

To Make the Bowl of Tiamat

1.) First, you will need to get a clean bowl. 2.) After that, place the sign of Cauda Draconis on the right side and Caput Draconis on the left side. 3.) On the inside of the bowl, put the seal above as that is Tiamats sign. 4.) Then say the spell at the beginning of the Urilia Text. That is the initiation spell and the dedication spell for the bowl of Tiamat. IA IA IA IO IO IO

THE ENUMA ELISH THE ROARING OCEANS OF CHAOS A Left Hand Path perspective of the Gods
The following text may be either read or recited by the practicing Kassapu during a Temple dedication to Tiamat or the Gods; near the Babylonian New Year or anytime when it inspires. Burn incense and meditate upon by candlelight, connect in your mind the process of the coiling and crooked serpent, all that transpires is the Will of Tiamat. The full circle is made complete in the ascension of Marduk for which the dark gods ascend again.

TIAMAT AND ABSU

In the time before humanity rose from the primal slime of

chaos, the darkness stirred and slept within the abyssic void of Tiamat and Absu. When chaos reigned and darkness was abound when the earth was not named nor embodied Absu, the begetter and Tiamat who bore all life mixed their waters together. It was a time which was not counted, when the dreaming abyss of restful slumber encircled Tiamat and Absu . Between them two gods Lahmu and Lahamu emerged from their union, their names pronounced and given. Soon after Anshar and Kishar were born from this royal line, wherein years passed until they fully matured. Anu emerged as powerful as Anshar his father, who gave his power to him. Anu created Nudimmud in his likeness that was also powerful in wisdom and very strong in his might. These powerful Gods and Goddesses soon stirred in the belly of Tiamat, disturbing the primal chaos of dreams and sleep. Absu sought to quiet the Gods who were loud and chaotic, while Tiamat indulged their behavior although it stirred her. Tiamat spoke unto Absu, "How can we destroy what we have created? While they are troublesome in our desire to slumber in darkness, they should be allowed to remain." The Viser of Chaos called Mummu counseled Absu; "0 great father, end their troublesome ways which keep thee and our Mother from rest by day and sleep by night." Absu was pleased with this and their plans were laid forth. It was soon after that Ea came to understand these plans that the primal darkness had in store for them. Soon after this, Ea created a spell of sleep which would cause Absu to fall under. Ea calmed the ancient abyssic waters and recited this spell, for which Absu soon fell under. Viser Mummu was also made to sleep as well. He was chained from the nose to be kept until slaughter. Ea took from Absu his Crown, his belt and the Mantle of Radiance and took it for himself. Ea, like his forebears, was of darkness and could also beget light. Absu slept and the sweet waters were still. The hunger Ea held for power was not unlike his parents, Absu was held down and slain, and his life as it was consumed by Ea and with it his power. Absu was now as a Great Spirit or shade of darkness, falling again into the abyss. Ea cried out into the darkness, for he would reside among the Gods now. He had a palace in the abyss created, which he called Absu in honor of his Father. He built a great residence with several chapels or offering points for the Gods. Ea joined with Damkina and they dwelt among great splendor, dwelling in the Chamber of Destinies. They gave life to Bel, who was very clever and became the Sage of the Gods. Within Absu, Marduk was created and granted the gifts of the Gods. He was poured the radiance of his parents, Ea who fathered him and Damkina who bore him. Made perfect, Ea understood that Marduk was while bearing light also a God from the Darkness of the Great Mother Tiamat. Marduk while appearing as a Solar God of victory, still held the passions of darkness within his heart. Proud was the form of Marduk, his stare was piercing as he grew in power. His knowledge too was great. Looking upon the lore of the Abyssic Dragon-Mother Tiamat, he grew in respect to her even as a future Adversary.

Marduk was raised higher than the other Gods for his radiance was so bright. One form of Marduk was that he had several eyes and from his mouth fire blazed forth. Marduk was to be called one of the greatest of them all. The God Anu, great God of the Sky as both light and darkness cried out, "Marduk, Son and Majesty of the Gods!" Marduk was crowned in the radiant mantle of ten gods, terrible and powerful in his countenance. Five fearsome rays from the primal sorceries of the ancient abyss surrounded Marduk. Anu begot the Four Winds and gave them birth. Anu placed the Four Winds in the hand of Marduk, "For you shall have this power". Anu fashioned the dust and the whirlwind which would carry his commands.

TIAMAT AWAKENS
Tiamat, our ancient mother, goddess of darkness, Serpent-Queen of the primal abyss, Stirred upward from nightmarish sleep; The old gods, the primal gods were angered, Went forth to Tiamat and spoke unto her; Those who slew your lover Absu sending him into the complete unconsciousness; They have created the four winds to stir you, We too cannot sleep in nightmarish sleep; Mummu has been captured before thee, Let us destroy the restless ones; Fill the skies with a battle cry so we may conquer, Our enemy and devour their spirits. Tiamat listened well; it pleased her to hear this. Let us gather and rise up now, for the children have risen Against my timeless being, fools who would seek to Destroy what cannot be destroyed! Tiamat opened forth a vein and with blood aroused the children of darkness, her mighty powers of chaos. These demons were fierce, scheming for battle day and night. Prowling like Lions they raged about. They created their weapons and prepared for war Mother Hubar, Great Imperial Darkness, who fashions all things, could choose the forms she wished to raise from primordial chaos. Her fleshly shadow which took forms which other gods may understand created and bore life in the abyss. Tiamat created the shadow-flesh of Mother Hubar to manifest her Will, this shadow was servitor and of her blood, her consciousness entered Hubar. She bore giant serpents: Sharp of tooth and unsparing in fang, Whose hunger would devour the Sun if she wished it; Filling their bodies with venom instead of blood, She cloaked ferocious dragons with fearsome rays; These fierce dragons were clothed in terror, for they are the embodiment of night and that which haunts above and below the earth; And placed upon them mantles of radiance, for they became Godlike. Tiamat chanted her words of power: "Whoever looks upon you shall collapse in utter terror! Their bodies shall rear up continually and never turn away!" From the primal darkness, from the blackened light of the

abyss did Tiamat bring forth: The Horned Serpent, the Mushussu-dragon, the Lahmuhero ... The Ugallu-demon, a rapid-wolf and a Scorpion-man. Fearsome and aggressive Umu-demons ... A fish-demon and a hull-man ... For these primal powers shall be forever within my coils. Their powers unending and forever a wellspring of chthonic wisdom. Tiamat spoke and her orders would not be disobeyed, for she was Chaos yet also the Order from which Chaos is stilled. Tiamat created then Eleven Gods, Monsters of Tiamat; Bearers of Great Illuminated Radiance, those who are of the Black Flame bore merciless weapons, for they were fearless in battle. For the Kassapu who invokes the long dead gods, the lifeforce which infuses them shall make thus the sorcerer a great force of darkness, hidden in the flesh of a man or woman.

KINGU RECEIVES THE ANU POWER

Kingu, a great Demon-God among them was ascended now as the Husband and champion of Tiamat. She chose him as he would be her general, who would guide and strike at the new Gods. 'For you, Kingu shall bear my power, for you alone shall be the greatest' Tiamat conferred upon him the leadership of her army, the command of troops and her vast powers. She places him upon a Throne. "I cast a spell for you, that you Kingu are the Greatest of the Gods! Your power will rule over all other Gods, for you are my only lover!' Tiamat then gave the Tablet of Destinies to Kingu and made him clasp it tightly to his breast. "Kingu, your utterance shall never be altered, your Word shall be Law!" and this power was conferred. Kingu received the Anu power, for he was illuminated in blackened fire. He ascends as a God of both Darkness and Light. Kingu, primal adversary, who shall make war against the younger ones, stood in his terrible brilliance. Wearing the horned tiara, broad shouldered and having clasped the Tablet of Destiny upon his breast, Kingu would lead chaos into the midst of the younger gods. Decreeing destinies for his sons, Kingu spoke unto them; "What issues forth from your mouths shall quench fire and your venom shall paralyze and sicken the powerful!" Kingu alone commanded the powers of the 11 Demons of Tiamat, his forms could be many and his power was great. In a chariot of blackened fire and fearsome weapons he would lead forth an army against the new Gods who would tear their created Order away. For Kingu was most powerful of the Gods, next to his Queen Tiamat, mother of all terrors and dragons. His mantle was radiance, for he bore the horns of power. His weapons were many, he held the Mace, a sword forged of blackened fire, lightning was his power and the sorcerous spells taught him by Tiamat. Kingu thirsted for the blood of the new gods, for he would have their spirit-power and dwell next to his queen in the darkness.

MARDUK ARISES
For now Ea had heard of this news and was filled with dread. He went forth to Anshar, the father of Anu and Ki, to tell him of his knowledge. All were filled with dread as the ancient ones who they had first attacked were preparing to illuminate them. Ea went forth again to learn of Tiamat' s strategy and yet he could not find it. Going before Anshar, Ea spoke solemnly; "My spells are not equal to Tiamat' s; I could not uncover her plans. She is too strong, mighty and terrible in her power. Her horde is powerful, chaotic and violent. She commands them all. She roared into the darkness and it stirred great fear in me, for she calls for her blood to be reclaimed and returned!" Ea and the others gods feared who she called a woman, that they considered themselves stronger as they were men. Yet in this, they feared her more than anything. Marduk felt his ancestral power and primordial instinct within, though his driven goal was power and a new order. The essence of Marduk is to conquer, to overmaster his challenges and ascend as a God or descend again into the darkness of his grandparents. Marduk told the Gods he would banish Tiamat to the darkness, for his knowledge of Magick was also great. The Gods listened and soon gathered a council to decree the fate. The new Gods were terrified that the ancient mother who bore them now sought to devour them all. Marduk was given great power by this council, for they sought to make him the most powerful of all the Gods. He was given a bow, designated it as his weapon along with a great arrow. He carried a mace in his right hand, slung the bow at his side. The body of Marduk was filled with an ever-blazing Black Flame, for this was the gift of Tiamat to all her offspring. They would use this assumed power against her, for they too had the blood of the serpent within them. He then held the power of lightning, the winds and great storms which guided his powerful chariot. Making a net, Marduk would capture Tiamat within it. He utilized his power to marshal the four winds to his command. Marduk as being an offspring of Tiamat held much power from his blood. For Marduk knew both darkness and inner light just as his primordial mother of dragons. The four winds served him, the seven winds and the tornado. Marduk, champion of Babylon mounted his mighty storm-chariot and held four horses called "Slayer", "Racer", "Flyer" and "Pitiless" to guide it. These horses would not tire but would destroy all. Marduk clothed himself in a cloak of awesome armor, his head crowned in the blazing and burning radiance of his ascension.

THE WAR OF CHAOS

Going forth to face Tiamat and her legions of chaos, Marduk was unafraid for he understood fear was weakness. Marduk looked upon the battle lines, looked for the strategy of Kingu and Tiamat. He could not find it and was confused, his mind grew weak. His Will soon crumbled before Tiamat, who was Mother Darkness and most powerful among all.

The armies of Marduk grew fearful at uncovering the broken Will of their leader. Tiamat casted her spells, she did not even turn her neck. Her lips spoke of lies, serpents and shape-changing forms confused her enemies. "How powerful your attacking force is, 0 Lord of Gods" Tiamat sent goodwill to Marduk and he replied knowing she may be lying; "Why do you seem so friendly, yet your forces seek to destroy us because the Sons were noisy? Why would you not have compassion for us? You appointed Kingu as your lover and King, you gave him the rites of the Anu-Power, and then you sought to destroy Anshar the Great one of the Gods!" Before him, Tiamat created a war-body of shadow-flesh; the Great Dragon of Chaos was manifest. Tiamat the Goddess of Chaos embodied her shadow with flesh and much power, for if she stirred as she was nothingness would cast them all into timeless sleep and death. Omoroca was of the watery abyss, from a time when there was but darkness eternal. When she dwelt in the subconscious of all things as life itself emerges from her, the Terrible Mother of Draconian-Chaos! For as her Shadow took flesh she formed a black mirror of her true form in the Abyss, a great and powerful dragon bearing the claws of a lion, a serpent-tale which bore venom, the head of a tiger and dragon in one flesh, a griffin like body with scales of a serpent. Her eyes burned with unnatural light and she held great fires within her mouth. Her serpent tongue whispered spells of her desire, which at this moment were of causing the death of their spirit-souls and seeking the blood of the new Gods. Marduk then challenged her to single combat, for which she lost her control and raged with fury against him. Her lower parts shook from the depths of the abyss. She recited her incantations and let loose her spells of darkness. Her utterances were terrifying, blood-haunting and creating images of the abyss. Her spell of death would have all the new gods offering their Spirit-Souls to Her and her horde of Chaos-beasts. "Who would fathom the great mysteries of primal darkness? I will drink your veins dry 0 frightened children." Marduk and Tiamat faced each other; he let loose the four winds of terror. Tiamat unleashed her 11 chaos-monsters seeking to devour the gods who stood against Omoroca For Marduk had inherited the blood of Tiamat, so it was sweet and harsh within them. Marduk feared his end, for Tiamat was primordial Chaos embodied. Her shadow great, still not her form which he alone could not fathom. Marduk, fearful of Her, that great power called upon the four winds to shock and still the 11 chaos-demons who were filled with blood, and to then with a net Marduk created cast upon Tiamat's battle-flesh and capture her, binding her in a desperate moment before he perished before his glaring fangs. For now Marduk called the Winds which assaulted Tiamat, the great dragon opened forth her mouth to consume these winds. Marduk commands the Imhullu-wind to fill her open mouth that she may not close it. Marduk sent forth his arrow through her mouth and split this shadow, bleeding now while she curse and cackled

before him . "Darkness is my eternal form, for I coil in the abyss. You cannot destroy that which is immortal, only stilling this body in which I have created. Your blood is mine, for I exist within it already. I shall manifest in ways through you Marduk, and the other Gods. I shall command when you do not see it and your will is nothing but my own. For this shadow flesh shall enter darkness, my spirit will haunt among you all. I shall be the unseen when I command you; you shall think it your own design." Marduk cut her further with spear and she fell again into darkness. The monsters of chaos now were uncontrolled and Kingu raged against Marduk. The lightning bolt filled Kingu first and he soon fell. Marduk took the Tablets of Destinies from him and he too entered darkness. Marduk spared the demons of chaos, knowing he was still weak. They would walk among them, uniting for one cause. The spirit of Tiamat commanded this, that she would fulfill her desires unknown to Marduk. Still shadows bore her blood from her veins and the four winds took it away from the profane. The Priests of Tiamat and the Anu-Power would raise her from ancient slumber again. From the deceased Kingu whose s pirit went forth sleeping in death still resounded with Tiamat. The blood of Kingu was used to infuse man with higher intellect or that very possibility. Kingu, whose spirit of war was captured within the orb of the Moon, calls out from the abyss. The Blood of Tiamat infused Kingu with immortality, thus his form would change and re-emerge as Azag or Asakku, a great demon-god of the Zagros Mountains. In the spirit Kingu may seek all of us, for our blood is his and is thus a direct link to our ancestor. As Kingu was granted the Anupower he thus decreed his destiny as immortal and to always rise from the darkness. For it was arrogance which thought one could slay something which exists in the coils of the mother-serpent, primordial Tiamat. As for the Children of Tiamat, she is of primordial darkness, that from which the outer worlds are composed. She may not be destroyed but is sleeping in darkness. From the darkness emerges the torch of illumination. Only a shell was cut down as it was the decree of Kingu as the bearer of the Tablet of Destinies that they shall rise up again in new forms, unbenowst to their grandchildren the usurping gods. Tiamat stirs through the subconscious of humanity, those who may hear her calls shall resonate as her Priesthood. She is the immortality of power, the eternal hunger for life continued. Tiamat is the Goddess of the Coiling Serpent, the eternal one whose blood along with Kingu created this world. Those of the priesthood of Tiamat shall utilize Chaos and Darkness to create their worlds according to the Will alone. Listen to Tiamat and hearken to the voice deep within the darkness, for she guides well. Tiamat is the Mother of All; she is the sorceress who is both cunning and eternal. She has offered clues to the gods and humanity, her ultimate children born of her mate, Kingu. Her draconian form was only one of many, for she in spirit is the crooked serpent coiled about the world. Know that we are descended directly from Kingu, his creator is Tiamat herself. We thus carry the blood of the god and the chaos-majesty within us. For Kingu awakens

in us, who uses the Luciferian sorceries contained herein may use the sleeping dragon to rise up and then through the self shall we control the gods'.

HYMN TO TIAMAT The Abyssic Waters shall stir again

Mummu ti' amat muallidat gimrisun (mummu Ti'amat, who bore them all) Ummu ubur patiqat kalama (Mother ubur, who fashions all things) Hear thy names! Thalatth, Omoroca, Tauthe, Mummu Tiamat! UMMU-KHUBUR! I call to the depths of the abyss, to the return of your dark waters. That I may sleep and enter your coils O primal goddess! Let me return for a time into the serpentine embrace. Let my dreams take the nightmarish form of composite beasts, serpents and raven-headed figures . . let me take the knowledge you offer great dragon! Kakkamu Selah!

The Hymn to Tiamat is to be a short hymn to recite before sleep, an invocation to the dream realm in which all is made. If the Kassapu is able to fully enter the very abyssal coils of Tiamat, to exist within her immortal cycle your dreams will be before you. From this form you must flesh out your desires into the material world. This is the instance of rising up as first Kingu- the Abyssal-Earthly ascent and then as the deific mask of Marduk - willed order.

The Ritual of Tiamat as the Circle of Terror The magician shall cast his circle as according to the circumference of the body of darkness and light. Within this circle is ones own arcana of self-love, the determination to invoke chaos as a personal tool of development and strength. The Magician who takes the mask of Kingu, the mate of Tiamat and shall cause war among the other gods. Thus in this instance, the magician as Kingu commands the demonic aspects (shadows and atavisms, the familiars of the circle) to strengthen and refine consciousness. This rite is essentially a trans-cultural initiatory process which emerges from the previous chapters work. Some will wish to move through this ritual if working within the current of the Black Order of the Dragon. Use this ritual as a foundation when seeking to work with chaos and the Black Dragon, allow the imagery of myth to be your truth within the circle, to create and destroy. The Black Order of the Dragon as an ideal is not a cult of death, but immortality of the conscious spirit and mind. I summon thee from four corners; within the center of the Eye of Algol and Chaos do I proclaim my Will and Desire. From the unmanifest waters do I arise through, my Word made Flesh! Tiamat, Mummu, I summon thee through me. I embrace you as Mother and Lover! I cannot possess thee but I can create from thee, by the circle made! By the Circle be! Place the Crown of Serpents upon my head, anoint me in the venom of your blood! May I awaken as Qingu, my ancestor, whose blood is within my veins! From the Waters of NUN do I emerge in the head of the Beast, the Therion form is my Flesh of Night, that all the gathering of shades and daemons shall be unto me! In the center of the Eye of Chaos I grow still, calmly desire this storm to encircle but not to rend me. I shall be as the director of this current, and the Desire of Tiamat is too my desire. My Will shall become flesh, My spirit is illuminated in the blackened light! I summon forth the dead to arise to me, thou serpents and scorpions, demons and monstrous forms which strike terror into the profane and stagnant, encircle me, taste of my darkness which is as a shadow, know then the Light of my being. Arise O dead shades of the twilight realms and ghost roads, hear my words to be flesh! I seek the spirits of the fallen darkness, whose hidden flame awakened my ancestors! The sorcerer may announce his desire, utilize what other form they wish or sacrifice sexually or other; then close the circle by their own chosen way.

The Rite of Self Creation - Ensorcelment of Azhdeha The aim of the path of Paitisha is self-creation, absorbing that knowledge and manifesting it accordingly. The detailed aim of self-creation is to continually evolve, mutate and become something better. This ritual is a Mass of Tiamat, holding a gateway to her abyss as the primal form of Lilith. Tiamat or Azhdeha is Lilith in her most primal and draconian form; the very possibility of her manifestation and a circle of deific power for those who may have the mind and courage to tap this source. Let the magician adorn his or her chamber with images of the Primal mother Tiamat, the Dragon, the constellation of Draco, the very place of her being in the stars. A chalice filled with the

appropriate elixir representing the waters of the abyss, the very matter which is formed by the fire of the spirit. Let the Athame be the dagger which is used to Will the mind to self-creation. Cast your circle as you are the center of time, each quarter being an expansion of your Being and thus your Will: Awake Azazel, fire spirit who brings the knowledge of weapons and defense! Awake Gadrel, who knows of death as initiation and the form of the serpent, whose knowledge of the instruments of death shall be our gift and knowledge! Awake Kasyade, who has knowledge of the fallen ones, of shades and demons, whose art of encircling lives on through us! Awake Penemue, who has knowledge of the bitterness and sweetness and how to use the world to manifest desire! Awaken Great Serpent Tabaet, who has knowledge of the ancient waters! Mummu Hubur, stir and arise, awake in the darkness, awake in the abyss She is who is terrible to face, she who devours and swallows up life She who brings life to those who may face her, Mummu Hubur, begetter of dragons I come forth to you, as lover, as your son, Stir up O Dragon Goddess I am restless day and night, I seek to become and form the darkness into matter With the flame given by my Father, I summon thee, I am of the Blood of Qingu, I am the Kin of this Flame Hold the dagger facing the image of Tiamat Within me, charge my blood to turn as poison, a nectar to the wise Breed within me black serpents, sharp of tooth and merciless of fang I shall be the un faceable weapon, fill my body with venom I shall become as a ferocious dragon, cloaked in the fearsome rays of your sight I am creating my Deific being from thee, with this Blade I cut weakness and emerge Godlike, I shall bring your children into this world! Whoever shall look upon me shall collapse in utter terror (9X) My body shall rise up continually and never turn away from my challenges! I summon thee, Mush-Hushshu Dragon, Lahmu, Horned Serpent, Ugallu Demon, serpent man, rabid dog, bull man, empower me with merciless weapons, manifest my desire. Mummu Tiamat, envenom me as Night, illuminate me in the fiery day, Cast thy spell upon me for I shall be as Qingu, my father the Greatest in the Gods Assembly. I shall form my will and desire from the forgotten darkness, as thy Son and Lover, Mummu Hubar, arise in me, empower me! Salamu Tammabukku, Elu, mush, mush, Elu, Nekelmu Ina (Black Dragon Raise Up, Serpent, Serpent, Raise up, Evil Eye within) Salamu Kishpu Ina, mush elu, mummu tiamat elu (Black Sorcery Within, Serpent Raise up, Mother Tiamat raise up) I drink now the primal waters, the abyssic darkness With my body I shall form my desire, become the Lord of the Circle So it shall be!

THE CONJURATION OF THE ABYSSIC DRAGON The Wreathing Serpent

Vampiric Rituals are by definition not lending to power from another. It is a predatory path awaken, conjure, encircle, devour, accumulate and ascend. As a Luciferian, the balance of Light and the Higher articulation of the self is the most significant see the Ritual of Azalucel, the shadow is equally important on a self-creation level. This is a rite focusing on the summong of the dragon, the forces of the subconscious, as Tiamat, the Mother of Vampires. It then moves forward to empowering the self as Vampire, Tiamats chosen vessel. Use this ritual like THE RITUAL OF TIAMAT in LIBER HVHI, but this would be a much more simplified focus rite. The four Infernal Powers are symbolic of the raw primal aspects of the subconscious. The Dragon commands that which sleeps within. 1. Enter the Temple Such a ritual would be in a chamber where much of your magical work already happens. This type of rite is directed at inward energy and is centered around Atavisms the Abyssic Dead is relating to the subconscious. Utilize the Varcolaci/Astwihad sigil and focus intently. One may use the Leviathan sigil also, above a mirror directly above the altar facing the West. 2. Announcement of Self I am Vampyre, the Serpent who comes forth to awaken as a Dragon before thee. I call to the darkness and the Oceans of the Abyss! I call to the darkness to rise us and nourish me, giving flesh to my shadow and my desire. I am the Beast which shall rise from the sea, cloak in the radiance of my own divinity. 3. The Calling of the Depths The practitioner will hold a dagger to the South, making each direction counter-clockwise. ZAZAS, ZAZAS, NASATANADA, ZAZAS (to open the gates of hell, or the abyss) Facing the SouthRahab, Angel of Violence, Proud Serpent of Old, Rise up from your depths and swell in my spirit. Let Pride of what I can do invigorate me to become more! Let your spirit not be quelled, but like the storm-wind and the evil-wind crash upon the firmament and lightning strike my spirit! Awaken O Rahab, serpent who cuts down thy enemies and devours their essence! Facing the EastSamael, O Dragon-Father of Old, Lion of the Sun, Come forth and fill my body with Poison instead of blood let it become the elixir for immortality. Samael, who is the Dragon, Yaltabaoth, Chaos bringer, Lion-Serpent, ascend through me and I shall be granted the Kingship as Lord of the Earth Facing the North

Tiamat, ancient Dragon-mother, who shall guide my transformation into a ferocious dragon, who shall cloak me in fearsome rays of the Black Sun, Who shall illuminate my Mantle of Radiance as the Black Flame, hearken and remember your blood! From the North, let your blood hear my voice and your spirit shall wake to ascend through me. Tiamat, I shall become a giant serpent in spirit, bear your snakes within me, My wisdom shall be as sharp and cruel as fangs, that I may drain those who shall substain my immortal spirit. Facing the WestLeviathan, whose mouth is filled with burning lamps, whose nostrils blow smoke, whose glare is of Blackened Flame, Rise up through me. O Dragon of Coiling and Immortal Time, let me walk thy path against all others. Awaken in me Fugitive Serpent, O Wreathed Dragon, whose hunger is never satiated. I call you forth 4. The Empowerment I hold this dagger to the mirror of night, with it I announce that my power shall grow with time and my path is clear. I shall walk the earth as the Beast from the Sea, yet I shall be fair and calm unto the unknowing. I shall drink and be sated, that all life energy shall fill me with power. The darkness shall feed my shadow and I shall be a terror to my enemy! Drink from the Chalice facing the mirror: This is the Blood of those who shall serve my life forever. As the Dragon of many forms do I announce my master and deification. I drink this and become as a Dragon of the Black Flame. Hail Tiamat! Drink deep and focus on those elements you wish to grow in yourself. 5. The Devouring The Luciferian must understand by the first aspect of initiation upon this path demands that the Self is realized as the most important. The Luciferian must now devour those aspects of the consciousness. Take in the strength and gift of each draconian power, their fire surging in your consciousness. So it is done and the ritual is complete.

THE RITUAL OF FEARSOME RAYS The Astral Body of the Beast As previously mentioned, The Vampyre Magickian who wants to drain astral energy to the highest effect should consider doing so in a seductive or terrifying aspect. If it is terrifying, one should consider taking the form as a Beast/Demonic figure from the traditional demonic descriptions of mythology.

If going forth to drink from another, the Ritual of Fearsome Rays will align your mind set with Tiamat the Dragon Mother of Vampires. Have a mirror in front of your altar, which you can glare into. You will also want to have the Sigil of Varcolaci-Astwihad above it or somehow attached to it, symbolizing the power of the predator. This mirror represents the gateway to Lilith, our bestial mother of initiation. Holding a dagger up: I call the Dragon of the ancients Tiamat, Mother of Horrors, arise! I call to you Dark Queen of Immortal Hunger! I call to you who can create and empower Gods! I invoke you who can cloak demons in fearsome rays! Mother of darkness, I shall transform into the ferocious beast of my desire. I shall clothe myself in the chthonic depths of the demonic desire I hold within. I shall go forth and drink from my victim. Close your eyes and visualize your astral body expanding around your form, transforming and shaping to your desire. Feel the flow of the astral around you as you will it to grow in power. Let your emotions guide its transformation and feel the ecstasy of becoming. Let your astral body outshine from the Blackened Flame the one who you wish to meet and drain in the dreaming body. Allow the Black Flame to illuminate in the Ajna Chakra, recite facing now the mirror: Let all who look upon me collapse in utter terror! Recite 9 times. Imagine now your astral tendrils arising from your astral cloak and it transforms into a black shadow emanating the demonic form you have taken. Feel the tendrils transform into serpents which are long in fang and venomous. Tiamat, Mother of Serpents who has made me in myself Godlike, shall go forth to drink from the astral blood of ____________. It is my will to drink from and become powerful in the night. I am a vessel of the immortal dragon spirit. End of Ritual
