EGGNOG
Chill all ingredients ahead of time. In a large bowl beat eggs with an electric mixer until light in colour and frothy. One by one, add sugar, nutmeg and vanilla. Slowly add in cream, beating continuously, followed by the milk. Then add in rum and brandy. Cover bowl and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving. Serve over ice and sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg to garnish.
