Hi Debra, The average home (residence) value for tax year 2013, as follows: Everett SD #2: $219,600; Lake Stevens SD#4: $200,300; Mukilteo SD#6: $233,000; Edmonds SD#15: $251,500; Arlington SD#16: $201,100; Marysville SD#25: 167,200; Index SD#63: $72,500; Monroe SD#103: $237,900; Snohomish SD#201: $257,500; Lakewood SD#306: $213,800; Sultan SD#311: $132,500; Darrington SD#330: $108,500; Granite Falls SD#332: $154,600; Stanwood SD#401: $220,700; Northshore SD#417: $270,000

Note: The average residence value is based on Department of Revenue Use Codes: 11 (single family units), 14 (residential condominiums), 18 (all other residential not elsewhere coded (vacation and cabin). I hope this helps. Regards,
