The bakery will open at 5:00am and will close at 8:00pm.

The bakery will employ 3 master bakers, 3 oven man, 3 helpers and 6 salespersons. These employees will be divided into 3 shifts. Each shift will compose one master baker, 1 oven man, 1 helper and 2 salespersons. First shift of master baker and oven man will start at 4:00am up to 12nn. Second shift will be from 12nn up to 8pm. First shift of the helper and 2 salespersons will start at 5:00am up to 1pm. Second shift will be from 1pm up to 8:30pm. Schedule of newly baked breads: 5am pan de sal/assorted bread 9am - assorted bread 12nn cream bread 3pm pan de sal/assorted bread

Schedule of Baking Breads 4am pandesal/assorted bread for 5 am opening of the bakery store 5am for 9am assorted bread 8:30am- for 12nn cream bread 12nn for 3pm pan de sal/ assorted bread

-at 7pm, mixing of flour, fermentation and shaping of dough will be done as preparation for the baking pan de sal 4am on the next day.
