Alfredo Sauce 3 tablespoons butter or Becel margarine 4 garlic cloves, minced 2 cups 1% milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4

teaspoon white pepper 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated 1 tablespoon corn starch Saute garlic in butter. Do not let garlic or butter brown. Add remaining ingredients and heat until cheese has melted. Thicken with cornstarch mixed with a little cold water. Serve over pasta noodle.
