1. WARM UP

 Look ast a picture about the place they are going to read: The Baltic.

 Give information to students about The Baltic.

 Describe it and list ideas on the board.

2. CONTENT

 Identify the reading strategies they are going to use.

 Read the text: Baltic in silence.

 Do strategy 1: Read text and match the paragraphs with the titlles give.

 Do strategy 2: Find the sentences given in the text and underline them.

3. EVALUATION

 Answer questions about the text.


 Solve a worksheet with exercises of simple present and present progressive from the last

bimester.

4. TRANSFER
 List on their notebooks the name of 2 old buildings and 2 modern buildings in the world.
