Agreement for Language Translation Service

This Agreement for Language Translation Service is made effective as of January 28, 2014 by and between PT RD Pacific International, located at Jl. Raya Manado Bitung Kel. Paceda Kec. Madidir Kota Bitung, Sulawesi Utara and Michigan College, located at Jl. Sudirman No. 105 (Wenang), Manado, North Sulawesi.

PT RD Pacific International and Michigan College agree to the following terms: 1. Duties and Responsibilities of Michigan College Michigan College shall provide to PT RD Pacific International the translation service such as translation of the printed documents. Printed copy and electronic copy of the translated documents shall be given to PT RD Pacific International not more than one month after the documents are submitted.

Compensation and Payment PT RD Pacific International shall compensate Michigan College for the service rendered pursuant to this Agreement at a rate of Fifty Thousand Rupiah Only (Rp 50,000.00) per page. Michigan College shall give a Ten percent (10%) discount to PT RD Pacific International every transaction regardless of the total number of pages of the documents. Partial payment shall be made by PT RD Pacific International with an equivalent of half of the total compensation of the service and the remaining balance shall be paid after the completion of the Translation Service.

Confidentiality Michigan College agrees to exercise the same degree of care as they accords to their own confidential information, but in no case less than reasonable care. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, PT RD Pacific International has the right to immediately terminate this Agreement in the event of any breach of this provision.

In witness whereof, the signature of the authorized representatives of the Parties below demonstrate the Parties acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
