MABOLO CUBU CITY, PHILIPPINES, with an area of 25 square meter more or less.
I/We and _______________________are no longer interested in pursuing the acquisition of
the aforementioned parcel of lot including any of the improvement(s) standing thereon, and decided
to WAIVE and TRANSFER all my/our rights and interest in the aforementioned parcel of lot in
favor of EFREN M. AYING of legal age,Filipino,and resident of 10 C MINA ST. MABOLO
CEBU CITY , Philippines.
