complex that was built five years ago in our region has had a great impact on both the community and the local environment. This report aims to provide an overall view of the situation. Positive aspects Positive changes has been seen in terms of local aspect, working-related oppurtinities as well as in the field of environment since the complex was erected. Not only has it provided employment and training courses for the local people, but it has also raised the annual number of tourists in our region due to a flawless managerial politics. When it comes to the environmental aspect, the overall good condition of the building and the numerous trees planted on its grounds represent an obvious improvement. Negative aspects The construction of such a large and popular holiday complex in this area has also had a negative impact on the life here. The pollution in the region has increased lately due to the litter dropped extensively on the beach, affecting our environment. Hearing pollution is also a concerning problem as the community has been complaining more and more of the noise especially during the night. Moreover, the canteen perosonnel seem to be unable to cope with the numerous clients. Recommendations There are several issues which need to be adressed in order for the negative effect to be limited. Litter should be collected regularly to reduce the pollution; Fees should be established for those who disturb the peace on order of the community; More L\lighting poles should be placed on the complex grounds.

Conlusion On the whole, it would be fair to conclude that the construction of the holiday complex has both advantages and disadvantages on its side. Nevertheless, some measures should be taken in order to minimise the negate impact it has on the local environment and the community.
