AGREEMENT This is an Agreement between Altis Peoples and Desi McKinney.

It is agreed that, Altis Peoples a paralegal, will aid Mrs. McKinney in the research in the cremation of her son and the wrongful taking of money from the decedents estate. It has also been agreed that at the direction of Mrs. McKinney I will aid in the preparation of documents. It have been explained and acknowledged that I am Not an Attorney, and cannot give Mrs. McKinney any legal advice. And that any action Mrs. McKinney takes, she would be representing herself up and until she obtains a substitution of attorney to appear on her behalf. That Mrs. McKinney will pay $250.00 for my services. The below payment periods has been agreed upon: 2/3/2014 the first initial payment of $100.00 will be paid; 3/3/2014 the second payment of $100.00 will be paid; and 4/3/2014 the last payment of $50.00 will be paid. It has been explained and acknowledged by Mrs. McKinney that no promises of a positive result are made as to any action that I Perform.

By the dating and signing of this agreement is an acknowledgment of all terms herein.
