Background
Mathilda works two and half days a week in a hospital
as the manager of the hospital’s art programmes. The rest
of the time she is a busy full time mum. She lives quite
centrally with her partner and two year old son. She
takes her son to a nursery when shes at work.

Needs
• Commutes to different parts of the city
• Daily user, but in different locations and times
• Needs to make lots of short trips

Qin Han and Mei Ming
Background
Qin is an international student studying engineering at
Dundee University in the UK. She is visting Helsinki for a
week long holiday with her friend Mei from Hong Kong.
She is OK at English, but Mei is not good. They want
to see as much of the city as they can, as quickly as possible.

Needs
• English is not perfect
• Need to travel in a pair
• Doesn’t know their way around the city
