THIS AGREEMENT OF LEAVE AND LICENCE made and entered into at
GANDHINAGAR on this _____day of ______month of the year 2014, by and BETWEEN_____________________________________,an Adult, Indian Inhabitant of Gandhinagar, Occupation: ___________ residing at ___________________________________,/ a Power of Attorney holder of _______________________________ owner of Flat No._______________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________________ _____________ (hereinafter called "the LICENSOR" the Party of the First Part AND 1)______________________________, an adult, Indian inhabitant of ________________, occupation:____________________________________ having his address as___________________________________ 2) ______________________________, an adult, Indian inhabitant of ________________, occupation:____________________________________ having his address as___________________________________ 3)______________________________, an adult, Indian inhabitant of ________________, occupation:____________________________________ having his address as___________________________________ 4) ______________________________, an adult, Indian inhabitant of ________________, occupation:____________________________________ having his address as___________________________________ hereinafter called "the LICENSEE" the Party of the Second Part and all the parties of the second part is jointly and severally liable to the Licensor. WHEREAS the Licensor is an owner of Flat No________________________________________________________________ ______. Who is otherwise well and sufficiently entitled to and possessed of the said Flat hereinafter referred to as the said premises AND WHEREAS the Licensee has approached the Licensor and requested him to grant a Licence to use and occupy the said premises for a temporary period i.e. for eleven months AND WHEREAS the Parties have agreed to record the following terms and conditions agreed between them in respect of the said license:NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER:1. It is hereby agreed by the Parties that the LICENSOR has allowed the LICENSEE to use and occupy said premises to use as residence , for the period of eleven months commencing from ___________ and accordingly allowed the Licensee to use and occupy the said premises for the said purpose and the said period will expire on the ____________. 2. It is hereby agreed by and between the parties that the Licensee shall pay no security deposit. 3. The Licensee shall pay Rs.________ (Rupees ___________________________) per month and part thereof the monthly compensation to the Licensor in advance on or before 5th day of every month. The amount of the compensation will be increased by 10% of the above compensation on each renewal. 4. The Licensee is allowed to bring in its own domestic articles and things in the portion of the said premises during the period of licence and the Licensee shall remove the same at the expiry of the License period.
