HNG CHANH
Cy Hng chanh
Tn khoa hc: Coleus aromaticus Benth. (Tn ng ngha: Plectranthus amboinicus (Lour.) Spreng), h Bc h (Lamiaceae).
M t: Cy tho c th sng nhiu nm, cao 20-50cm, phn thn st gc ho g. L mc i dy mng nc, hnh tri xoan rng, di 3-6cm, rng, mc thnh bng ngn thn v u cnh, gm nhng vng hoa dy c, cch qung nhau. Qu nh, trn, mu nu, cha 1 ht. Ton cy c lng rt nh v c mi thm nh mi chanh. Ma hoa qu thng 4-5.
Thu hi: C th thu hi l quanh nm, thng dng ti, dng n u hi n . Lc tri kh ro, hi l bnh t, loi b cc l su hay l gi a vng, em phi nng nh hay sy 40-45oC n kh.
Thnh phn ho hc: L cha t tinh du (0,05-0,12%), trong tinh du c n 65,2% cc hp cht phenolic trong c carvacrol, thymol, eugenol, salicylat v chavicol. c bit, trong l c cht mu l colein.
Cng nng: Li ph, tr m, gii cm, lm ra m hi, lm thng hi, gii c. Colein trong l c tc dng khng sinh mnh i vi mt s vi trng, nht l vng hng, mi, ming v c ng rut.
Cng dng: Cha cm cm, cha ho, th huyt, chy mu cam. Dng ngoi gi p ln nhng vt do rt v b cp cn.
Cch dng, liu lng: 10 - 16g l ti mt ngy. Dng thuc sc, xng, du xoa hoc vt ly nc ung.
Bi thuc:
1. Cha ho, vim hng, khn ting: L Hng chanh non 5-10g gi nt vt ly nc ct nng. Hoc em gi nh mt nm l (15-20g), thm nc, vt ly nc ung lm hai ln trong ngy. i vi tr em, thm t ng, em hp cm cho ung lm 2-3 ln.
2. Cha au bng: L hng chanh non ra sch, 1-2 l nhai vi mt t mui, ngm nut dn dn.
3. Cha st cao, khng ra m hi: hng chanh 20g, l ta t 15g, gng ti 5g ct lt mng, cam tho t 15g. Sc ung nng cho ra m hi.
4. Cha chy mu cam: hng chanh 20g, l trc b sao en 15g, hoa h e sao en 10g, cam tho t 15g. Sc ung ngy mt thang. L hng chanh em v nt, nht vo bn mi chy mu.
5. Cha hi ming: Hng chanh kh mt nm em sc ly nc, thng xuyn ngm v sc ming ri nh ra. Cn lm 5-7 ln.
6. Cha ong t sinh au nhc: hng chanh 20g, mui n vi ht, tt c em gi nh hoc nhai k, nut nc, b p vo ch ong t.
7. Cha d ng ni m ay: l hng chanh nhai nut nc, b th p hay xoa xt.

HNG QU
M t: Cy bi nh, cao ti 50-80cm, c mi thm c bit. Cnh vung. L n, mc i, mu lc bng, hi kha rng mp. Hoa mc thnh chm n, di n 20cm, gm nhng vng 5-6 hoa cch xa nhau. Hoa nh, c trng hoa mu trng hay hng, chia hai mi; mi di hi trn, cn mi trn chia thnh 4 thu u
Thnh phn ho hc: Ton cy cha tinh du (0,02 0,08%) c hm lng cao nht lc cy ra hoa. Tinh du c mi thm ca S v Chanh. Trong tinh du c linalol (60%), cineol, estragol methyl - chavicol (25-60-70%) v nhiu cht khc.
Cng nng: kch thch s hp th, lm ra m hi, li tiu, lng huyt, gim au. Qu c v ngt v cay, tnh mt; kch thch th lc. Hoa c tnh cht li tiu, b thn kinh.
Cng dng:
+ Cnh l c dng tr: 1. s mi, au u; 2. au d dy, y bng; 3. km tiu ho, vim rut, a chy; 4. kinh nguyt khng u; 5. chn thng bm gip, thp khp, tng khp. Dng 10-15g, dng thuc sc. Dng ngoi tr rn cn v su b t, eczema, vim da. Gi l ti p ngoi hoc nu nc ra. Qu dng tr au mt, m c gic mc. Dng dng thuc sc. Hoa dng tt cho nhng ngi b bnh thn kinh, tr em t ng, ngi ln b au u, chng mt, au bng, vim hng v ho, tr em ho g. Cng dng tt cho cc chng au c ngun gc thn kinh hay d dy. Ngoi ra cn kch thch s tit sa cc b m mi thiu sa.
1. Cha ho: Hng qu, hng chanh, xng sng. Gi gip vi t mui v ngm.
2. Cha chng bn chn, lo u, au u, ho, vim hng: dng 20-40 nhm l Hng qu v hoa kh hm trong 1 lt nc si. Ngy ung 2-3 ly.
5. Cha mn nga, d ng: L Hng qu (c hoa, qu, ht cng tt) gi nh vt ly nc ung, cn b em xt ln ch au.
