Evaluate the potential (dis) advantages of the market entry timing strategies of CMF in China and Mexico relative to Crest Whitening Expressions and Crest Cool Explosions Disadvantages - CWE was already launched their product in China so they have advantage. -In China CMF has to wait 6 months before launch because their products didnt meet CPs packaging standards. Advantages - In China CMF gain 4 months because they already make qualification process which takes 4 months. -In Mexico CMF launch their products 9 months after CWE so they naturalize the anticipated launch.
