expected to: 1. Familiarize some terms in cattle. 2. Identify the breeds of cattle. 3. Discuss the reproductive, selection and breeding in cattle. III.PROCEDURE A. Preliminaries Prayer Checking of attendance Review the previews lesson Motivation STUDENTS ACTIVITY Good afternoon maam! Maam! Poultry production refers to all domesticated birds which serves as food either meat or eggs.

TEACHERS ACTIVITY Good afternoon class Last meeting we have already discussed about poultry production, what is poultry production? OK! Very good, before we proceed to our discussion lets have first an activity.

C. Lesson proper OK! The picture that I have presented to you has a connection with our topic this morning, which is the cattle raising. Cattle rising are under Ruminant Production which means that have a compound stomach, and those animals that chew their cud or it is combined with aids in chewing and swallowing. Class did you know that cattle is classified into two? Now, who among you here has an idea of what are the two classifications? Good! Who can give an example of small ruminant? Very good! Goat and sheep are the example of small ruminant. Class how about large ruminant? OK, where do you think is the origin of the breeds of cattle? Yes right breeds of cattle are originated in tropical and European country.
