We all know that today's world is highly competitive and all are following Darwi n's theory of 'Survival

of the Fittest'.The claim that the best way for a societ y to prepare its young people for leadership in government,industry, or other fi elds is through cooperation rather than competition is a complex issue to be ana lysed.I agree with it provided there always exist a room for healthy competition . Leader is one who leads others,pave way for others.Cooperation is a neccessar y quality to be imbibed by the leader.In government, leadership quality is a mus t.There is a ruling party and an opposition party.Nowadays what happens is that, as the name suggests, the opposition party opposes whatever the bill or rule pas sed by the ruling party without even thinking twice whether it is good or bad fo r the society.Because they want to run the country.Once the rule is transferred, same is done by the other party.This stagnates the development of the whole coun try.So,the cooperation of both the parties will bring more fruitful results. In industry also, especially the sales and marketing companies,youths are blin ded by the incentives offered to them for the top level benefit.Eventhough this contributes to the growth of the company, the individual personality and the inn ane human nature is lost.Everybody starts looking more upon the money rather tha n people and relationship. Hence, I agree with the claim that the best way for a society to prepare its yo ung people for leadership in government,industry, or other fields is through coo peration rather than competition provided there always exist healthy competition for the growth of the individual as well as the society.There is a need for mor e educated youths.
