Currently co-supervising a section of about 95 residents. Co-supervised a student residence facility of approximately 200 second through fourth year students (Aug. 2012 April 2013). Independently performed RA duties on a floor comprised of 50 first-year students during the 2011 school year. Working with the team of RAs on various projects and acting council member for the Organization of Residence Students (ORS). Monthly duties like maintaining buildings, Resident Assistant on Duty shifts, hosting teambuilding events etc. Engaging residents and encouraging them to develop a healthy and holistic work-life balance. Enforcing the Universitys rules and regulations for Residences, Conflict resolution and community building. Participated in a Request for Proposal focus group responsible for awarding a new contract to a Food Service Provider for the University.
