Abstract

Early stages of diplomacy represent the beginning of civilisation, but we can talk about diplomacy as it is now just after the states establishment. Diplomacy represent the art and practice to negociate between named respresentants of a nation or different groups. Even if is not the only intrument of foreign policy, diplomacy is the main one. Permanent diplomatic missions are considered institutions which deals with maintaining relations between states, as subjects of international law; The way it function is established by iena !onvention from "#$". Permanent diplomatic missions became more and more important nowadays due to the fact that %lobalisation effect is present all over the world. &egarding this aspect, permanent diplomatic missions are on a permanent change and must became more modern from a day to another.
